　　11月21日16时22分，河南省安阳市一厂房发生火灾，有人员被困。接报后，应急管理部部长王祥喜立即作出部署，要求尽快摸清被困人员情况，科学组织扑救，严防次生事故；尽快查明原因，依法依规严肃追责，同时举一反三，深入开展火灾隐患排查，严防发生重特大事故。部领导徐加爱、琼色到部指挥中心视频连线现场，调度指导处置工作。应急管理部已派出由消防救援局领导带队的工作组赶赴现场指导处置。

　　火灾发生后，当地消防救援队伍投入63车、240人到现场开展灭火救援行动。截至21日20时，火势已基本得到控制，正在全力搜救被困人员。
