1986年7月山东建筑材料工业学院分析化学专业毕业，获学士学位，1998年3月北京理工大学应用化学专业毕业，获硕士学位。原中国人民武装警察部队学院消防工程系主任，教授，正师，大校，专业技术四级，2019年10月聘为应急管理与安全工程学院教授。
